Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 (two) business days from the time the order has been placed excluding weekends and holidays. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders totaling $ 35.00 or more. We ship via UPS and USPS; all shipping options are displayed during the checkout process. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order when the item ships. Please keep in mind that you may not be able to track the package immediately, that will be available when the carrier scans the package for the first time after it has left our warehouse.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Kurated Korner is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly so we can determine the best course of action. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods to help support any claim with the carrier service that may need to be opened.
