Oolong tea, also known as “black dragon tea” or “Wulong tea”, is a popular tea served in Chinese restaurants. Some of the possible benefits of oolong tea are improved sleep quality and calming. Oolong is sometimes described as between green and black tea. It has less caffeine than black tea but slightly more caffeine than green tea. Its flavor is also a happy middle that provides a refreshing yet less bitter than black tea style experience.

INSTRUCTIONS
Just follow these directions for the perfect cup of Solstice Tea.
Use a heaping teaspoon (or more, depending on your taste) of Oolong tea per 1 cup of water
Boil water and cool for 3 minutes
Pour water over tea and steep for 2-3 minutes or to taste
