If Darjeeling tea is known as the champagne of tea, then consider this lovely darjeeling green tea to be a "white champagne". It has a lovely light flavor and brews quickly as this green tea is made of smaller leaf pieces.
Tips: Store in an airtight container. don't overbrew.
To brew, use 1 teaspoon per cup. Use water cooled to 150-160 degrees F. Steep 1-3 minutes. We recommend you use a fine mesh tea ball or infuser.
